In the meantime, here's a good place to start -

http://www.smashwords.com/extreader/read/52/1/smashwords-style-guide

It can be a little different for Amazon (you can use page breaks for example) but if I had read that at the beginning it would have saved a lot of problems!Chris Wardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03041048445927976912noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-628136654123697065.post-60012973941286840662013-01-02T01:56:10.364-08:002013-01-02T01:56:10.364-08:00The amount of writing you do is just plain scary! ...The amount of writing you do is just plain scary! I wish I was a proper writer, 'like what you is' lol ... Anyway, best of luck with finding a publisher for Tube Riders, which I really think could make it out there. One day - when you have 5 minutes! - could you please write a brief intro on getting an e-book published? I know they give you guidelines, but that doesn't show the pitfalls and what-not-to-dos. I only have one novel and some poems for children. xxVicky Bnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-628136654123697065.post-90731409565992076982013-01-01T21:31:12.849-08:002013-01-01T21:31:12.849-08:00Hey Kelly, the cat just does the formatting!
Yeah...Hey Kelly, the cat just does the formatting!

Yeah, I'm seriously considering going back to try the trad route again. With Tube Riders especially, once I get enough reviews (say 20) I might sub it to a few agents. Mainly because I see no other way to get into bookshops. I'd be keen to keep ebook rights, though. I imagine quite a few indies do that, however they might not be interested!Chris Wardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03041048445927976912noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-628136654123697065.post-54565406614592778012013-01-01T20:44:28.711-08:002013-01-01T20:44:28.711-08:00Happy New Year Chris!

LOL!

Seriously, I don't know any writer who gets as much done as you do! Good luck with all your publishing goals this year - I look forward to reading the new novels! I'll help out with reviews and promo where I can :)

Just curious, have you thought to try sending one of your novels around to tradition publishers? Or have you become a control-freak with book production etc? hehe!Kelly Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13391701828835827848noreply@blogger.com
